Course Description

This training provides an orientation on the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), an overview of software tools used in Waterfall and Agile project management, and the simulation of a sprint.

This introductory class can be used as a precursor to Agile Master Class for Scrum Masters & IT Project Managers and/or SAFe® certification training.
